Deposits and withdrawals: what to check before paying in

Open the deposit and withdrawal sections in an account with the relevant country and currency. If you cannot access the cashier yet, consult the operator’s rules and the table in our review. A blank field means we have no data; it does not mean there is no fee or limit.

Minimum deposits and withdrawals

The table uses fictional terms to show which amounts you should compare before making a payment.

Here, ₽500 is enough to fund the account, but the bonus requires ₽2,000. A remaining balance of ₽800 cannot be withdrawn because it is below the minimum request. Deposits, bonuses and withdrawals each have their own threshold.

If there is a ₽100 fee, check how it is charged. It might be deducted from a ₽1,000 request, leaving you with ₽900. If it is charged on top, you may need ₽1,100 in your balance. The terms or a support reply should explain which applies.

Who has the payment now?

An account status of “processed” and money reaching your account are different events. If the funds are missing, establish whether the status means internal approval or an actual transfer. Otherwise the casino may refer you to the bank while the bank asks for evidence that a payment was sent.

A message you can adapt: “Withdrawal request … is marked completed, but the funds have not arrived. Please confirm whether the transfer was sent. If so, provide its date, amount, currency and a reference the payment provider can trace.” A slot round ID will not identify this payment; you need the financial transaction reference.

Withdrawal rules depend on the licence. For example, Gambling Commission rules prohibit British licensees from imposing wagering requirements on a player’s deposit balance before withdrawal. That does not establish the same rule for every overseas operator. Source

Currency conversion

A payment in a different currency from your balance may be converted. Check whose exchange rate applies and whether there is an extra fee. The amount your bank charges may differ from the figure shown in the cashier.

Compare fees using the same amount and currency. A minimum shown as ‘from 10’ must specify the currency. The rouble equivalent of a crypto minimum changes with the exchange rate, so an old figure in a review may no longer match the threshold.

For crypto transfers, check the asset, network and address against the cashier instructions. Some transfers require an additional identifier. ‘USDT’ alone is not enough: the sending network must be compatible with the receiving address. If the details are unclear, ask before transferring.

Whose payment details can be used?

The rules may require payment details in the account holder’s name or withdrawals through the same method used for the deposit. Read these clauses before using someone else’s card. If your previous card has been closed, ask support how to replace the payment details.

Cashier methods depend on your country, bank and verification status. A logo in a review does not guarantee that you can use that method. Bonusmulti uses your IP address to show regional information. This does not change bank restrictions or the casino’s registration rules.

What happens to an active bonus?

Before requesting a withdrawal, check the available amount and what will happen to any active bonus. Your own money, bonus funds and winnings may be recorded separately; the offer rules explain how withdrawals are handled.

If you plan to cancel a bonus, first check which funds will be removed. A request to pay an extra fee to receive your money, sent through an unofficial chat, should also be verified with support inside the operator’s account.

You should finish with a clear withdrawal method, currency, minimum request, fees, limits and timeframe. Resolve any gaps before depositing.
