Card deposits and SBP payments
A Mir card and SBP are different payment methods, even when the money comes from the same bank account. If the cashier offers only a QR code, that alone does not establish support for card transfers. Check the payment route and recipient before confirming.
What you need for a card withdrawal
Check the minimum and maximum request, payout currency, whether withdrawals to a previously used card are allowed, and the account holder's name requirements. If the terms require verification of the payment method, find out how documents can be submitted through the secure account area. Do not send your CVV/CVC, banking password or one-time codes.
If the bank declines a transaction
A decline does not automatically explain its cause. Check the bank's message and the request status, then contact the bank or cashier support. Do not use someone else's card or split a payment to bypass restrictions. Missing fee information does not mean “free”.
