How the programme works

VavadaPart starts at 50% RevShare regardless of FTD count. A rise to 60% is available on separate terms. Campaign tools include localised banners, landing pages and watermarks. Advertising sources need prior approval.

Pay attention to the income formula: withdrawals, payment fees and game fees are deducted from deposits. A percentage of that base is therefore not directly comparable with the same percentage of GGR. The reporting month is split into two periods, each starting without a negative balance.

Payments and essential terms

Twice a month: the 3rd and 15th

  • Starting RevShare is 50%; terms for increasing it to 60% are negotiated separately. CPA up to $300 is agreed with the manager.
  • The negative balance resets at the start of each reporting period.
  • Withdrawals, payment provider fees and game fees are deducted from deposits. The payment deduction is 14% of the difference between deposits and withdrawals.
  • Sources and email campaigns require prior approval. Failure to meet KPIs or traffic rules may result in CPA being rejected.
  • Reporting periods run from the 1st to the 14th and from the 15th to month-end. Crediting is scheduled for the 3rd and 15th. The contract permits delays of up to 30 calendar days for technical problems.

Questions for the manager

These are questions for agreement, not promised programme terms. Copy the list and add your traffic source.

  1. Which countries, sources and traffic formats are approved for my placement? What restrictions apply to brand search, incentivised traffic and creatives?
  2. What are the CPA rate, minimum deposit and qualified FTD criteria? When does the hold end, and on what grounds can a lead be rejected?
  3. How are NGR and RevShare calculated, including bonus, fee and charge deductions? Is there negative carryover or a separate high-roller policy?
  4. What are the payout schedule and threshold, available methods, settlement currency and conversion fees?
  5. How do attribution, SubID and postback work? Which events and currency are reported, and how can tracking be tested before launch?
  6. Where are the agreed terms, statistics reconciliation deadlines and rate-review process recorded? What happens to accrued commission if an offer closes?

Prepare for registration

Describe your source and audience first. The manager can agree an offer and you can check economics before spending the budget.

  1. Send working links to your sites or channels. Obtain the manager’s permission in advance for branded traffic.
  2. Agree the model, rate, KPIs and allowed sources before testing.
  3. Request a worked calculation including deductions for withdrawals, payment fees and game fees.
  4. Add the wallet currency and payment details. When reconciling, distinguish reporting periods from crediting dates: the 3rd and 15th.
