How the programme works
Alpha Affiliates works with several gaming brands. The contract describes the company as a marketing agency, not a casino owner. Brand results are calculated separately. The standard rate is 40% of NGR and the public maximum is 50%; account for the specified deductions when comparing.
The homepage and agreement differ on payment times and fees. This review uses the contractual terms: payment by the 25th and separate payment charges. The carryover rule also has a limit: the first €10,000 of negative NGR is offset, while any excess carries forward by brand.
Payments and essential terms
Under the agreement, by the 25th of the following month; from €100
- The agreement sets a standard rate of 40% of NGR. Increases to 50% and CPA up to €500 depend on performance and country. Hybrid is negotiated separately.
- Brand results are not pooled. The first €10,000 of negative NGR is offset; the excess carries forward by brand.
- Clause 6.2 requires monthly settlement no later than the 25th of the following month, including invoices. The homepage gives other timeframes; confirm your applicable arrangement in writing before launch.
- Advertising terms and KPIs are agreed before launch. Read the agreement for branded-keyword restrictions and creative approval.
- The standard NGR base is 85% of gaming revenue less bonuses and 5% of deposits and withdrawals. Commission is calculated from that base.
- Under clause 6.10, bank transfer costs €100 for withdrawals from €1000. EUR-to-BTC/USDT TRC20 conversion uses the xe.com rate +1.5%; Capitalist, Skrill, Neteller, PayPal and WMZ have a stated 3% fee. This differs from the no-fee advertising.

Questions for the manager
These are questions for agreement, not promised programme terms. Copy the list and add your traffic source.
- Which countries, sources and traffic formats are approved for my placement? What restrictions apply to brand search, incentivised traffic and creatives?
- What are the CPA rate, minimum deposit and qualified FTD criteria? When does the hold end, and on what grounds can a lead be rejected?
- How are NGR and RevShare calculated, including bonus, fee and charge deductions? Is there negative carryover or a separate high-roller policy?
- What are the payout schedule and threshold, available methods, settlement currency and conversion fees?
- How do attribution, SubID and postback work? Which events and currency are reported, and how can tracking be tested before launch?
- Where are the agreed terms, statistics reconciliation deadlines and rate-review process recorded? What happens to accrued commission if an offer closes?
Prepare for registration
Describe your source and audience first. The manager can agree an offer and you can check economics before spending the budget.
- Choose the brand, country and source. Confirm the CPA rate or RevShare formula with all deductions.
- Get the payment date in writing: the contract states the 25th, while the homepage gives other timeframes.
- Check the threshold, fees and conversion for your payment method. Add details in time.
- Clarify carryover above €10,000 and separate calculations by brand.
